Who we are : Our Team
Bettina Kohlsdorf
Bettina was born in Montevideo, Uruguay, and grew up in a multicultural environment in Lima (Peru) and Bogotá (Colombia), where she graduated from the German School. After completing her professional studies in Germany and working there for 15 years, she relocated to the Costa del Sol in 2022 with her family. Her extensive international background and her consolidated experience in the local property sector allow her to guide clients from around the world with precision and empathy in the acquisition of their properties.
Alfonso Fidalgo
Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Alfonso trained at the Liceo Francés Louis Pasteur before completing postgraduate studies (MBA) in Spain. His cosmopolitan profile has been shaped by living in countries such as England, Switzerland and France. With extensive experience in the development and management of property projects, he returned to the sector after moving to the Costa del Sol in 2022. Alfonso brings a strategic and operational vision, deeply in love with the lifestyle offered by our new home on the coast.
OUR STORY
Since our arrival on the Costa del Sol just over three years ago, we have been on a journey of constant learning. Although international relocation was not a new process for us, settling here presented unique challenges and discoveries.
We learned to navigate everything from everyday details — such as the transport network or the best shopping areas — to the structural challenges of finding the perfect home within a budget, understanding the healthcare system, taxation and legal procedures. In this process, we discovered an Andalusian culture defined by warm closeness and an tireless willingness to serve.
These experiences were the seed of BK Realty. We created this company to focus on our clients’ real aspirations, offering a value that goes beyond the simple search for a home. We firmly believe that preventive, personalised accompaniment is the key to a successful process.
This level of commitment has allowed us to forge bonds so close that today we consider our clients true friends.
