“España se ha situado por primera vez como el país más atractivo de Europa para la inversión inmobiliaria, alcanzando el primer puesto del ranking continental en 2026, según ha reflejado un estudio de CBRE.
Spain’s leadership is preceded by a “strong” 2025, with more than 18,400 million euros of investment (+31% year-on-year, the highest since 2018), and with growth above the European average, according to CBRE data.
Looking ahead to 2026, CBRE’s Real Estate Market Outlook forecasts a further increase in investment in Spain of between 5% and 10%, to a range of €19 billion to €21 billion, in an environment of monetary stability and better financing conditions.
The ‘European Investor Intentions Survey 2026’ report has shown the perspectives of almost 700 investors based in Europe and has confirmed a “growing preference” for the south of the European continent.
The ranking has placed Spain in first position, followed by the United Kingdom, Poland and Italy, respectively. In addition, the sixth position is occupied by Portugal.”
